A FastAPI + HTMX + Alpine.js + Tailwind admin suite that degrades from local-lite to server-heavy. This ecosystem is spec-driven: seventeen modules, two profiles, a capability probe and an audit-first terminal — the living guide is generated from the authoritative design document.
